Beluga, Organic Domokou lentil is characterized as the lentil caviar. Rich in protein and fiber. After eating it, it gives the feeling of satiety and with energy for a much longer time than other foods. Beluga lentils are more digestible than other lentils.
Recipe
Materials:
- 500 gr. black beluga lentils
- 2 cans of tuna in water
- 1 piece garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 large dry onion
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 red pepper
- a little mint
- 3-4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 3-4 tbsp. lemon and orange juice
Recipe
- Rinse beluga lentils well 2-3 times.
- We put the beluga lentils in a pot with one and a half liters of water and a little salt and boil them for about 30 minutes.
- We strain them.
- We have chopped the onion, garlic, carrot, pepper, mint (if fresh) and add them to the lentils along with the thyme and tuna.
- Put olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl.
- Stir the mixture and pour it over the lentils.
