SAVVATIANO
Savvatiano is a white grape variety that has subtle, delicate and distinct aromas of white fruit and freshly cut sparts. It is the king of grapes, even though it is considered a folk-traditional grape (since Retsina is also made from Sabbatiano).
RODITIS
Roditis is a rosé variety that has mild fruity aromas that become more intense with distillation.
GRENACHE ROUGE
Grenache Rouge is a French red grape variety that produces strong aromas of rose and wild flowers when it is distilled.
MUSCAT HAMBURG
Muscat Hamburg is a red grape variety with strong aromas of rose, vanilla and citrus fruits, which floods the palate with strong aromas, when it is distilled.
