Thin Greek lentil from traditional seed, very boiled and tasty.
Recipe
Materials:
- 500gr lentil
- 1 dry onion
- 1 diced unpeeled tomato (no seeds)
- 1/3 bunch of chopped parsley.
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 lemon zest
- Olive oil
- salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Recipe
- Wash the lentils.
- Place the lentils in a pot and boil them in salted water for about 30 minutes.
- Strain them and let them cool.
- Put the lentils in a bowl, pour over them the lemon juice, oil, lemon zest, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Add the tomato cubes, the chopped onion, the Lentinula appetizer and the parsley.
- Mix all the ingredients well and serve.
